China Hong Kong Ambulance Service Institute Limited (CHKASI) takes your privacy seriously. (iii) any person to whom we are obligated to disclose under any legal requirements,

(v) any other organizations for the purposes set out in paragraph 1 above or any other directly related purpose.
From time to time, in furtherance of the purposes set out in this policy, we may have to transfer your Personal Data to another jurisdiction outside Hong Kong which may not have laws protecting personal data similar to the PDPO. By submitting your Personal Data, you are deemed to have consented to such transfers.
We may set and access our “cookies” on your computer. The primary purpose of the “cookies” is to help us customize our services to you and for other purposes directly related to the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1 above. In certain cases, third-party service providers and/or advertisers who provide services or serve advertisements via our website may also install their own “cookies” on your computer. Use of third parties’ “cookies” is subject to such third parties’ privacy policies. You may set your web browser to reject “cookies” automatically, but some of our webpages may not display properly without them.
Your Personal Data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

However, we will strive to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your Personal Data to prevent unauthorized access, processing, or other use of that data, commensurate with the sensitivity of the data and the harm that would result from unauthorized access. We will at all times endeavor to ensure the accuracy of your Personal Data collected and processed by us. In accordance with section 18, 22, and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the PDPO, you may request access to and correction of your Personal Data being held by us.
